Founding Partner & Chairman of the Board

Alaeddin Babaoglu, Founding Partner of Amplio, has over 25 years of professional experience in the international hospitality and leisure industry. Before joining Amplio, he was the Senior Vice President of Development for LTI International Hotels and the Vice President of Development for Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts. He has focused on hotel and resort developments in Europe, Africa, The Middle East, Asia and the Americas. He has also held numerous positions in international joint venture companies as a director, board member and founding partner.

He is currently leading and managing the strategic vision, expansion and structural development of the Amplio investment portfolio. Clear direction and focus ensure that there is an adequate structure for the effective operations. He promotes the highest standards of corporate governance and seeks to be an industry leader. Alaeddin Babaoglu graduated from the Hotel Management School in Heidelberg, Germany as a "Graduated Economist, Hotel Industry".

Erwin-Walter Graebner (Cologne, Germay) is a high-profile entrepreneur in the field of real estate development in Germany. During his career he advanced important innovations in real estate investments and private property ownership. He developed and advised on approximately 25.000 housing units 20 hotels and was a long-term part owner of LTU Group. He received an appointment as a lecturer at the European Business School (EBS) International University Schloss Reichartshausen.

Being the developer for 50% of City Harbour Hotel Amsterdam, a 4-star hotel with 420 rooms completed in August of 2006, leased to and operated by Mövenpick Hotels (75 million euro); and finally becoming a financial partner of Schloss-Hotel Kaps, Kitzbühl a 5-star, 152-room, landmark hotel in Kitzbühl, Austria, which was completed in Dec 05 and is leased and operated by Arosa Resort Hotels (72 million euro).
