Having realized multiple hotel and real estate projects in the last 25 years, Amplio and its partners have moved their international vision to Turkey with Amplio Group Companies, which was established in 2007.
Amplio’s founding partners have produced over 60.000 housing, hotel and resort development projects over more than 25 years in Europe, Africa, The Middle East, Asia and The Americas.
Amplio, having completed the hotel construction in a safe yet timely manner, delivered its Golden Horn Hotel project to the Hilton management in July 2011. The FLS (Fire and Life Safety) controls, which meet international standards, were completed in August 2011 and The Hotel was opened in September 2011. The processes completing the asphalt paved roads surrounding the hotel and further infrastructure improvements were concluded at the same time.
Diversifying its investments in order to develop urban transformation projects in 2010, Amplio advanced in 2011 by focusing on the Golden Horn area. After the Hilton Garden Inn Istanbul Golden Horn Hotel project we took important steps in order to designate prospective residence standards with housing projects to be developed in Istanbul.
The Hilton Garden Inn Istanbul Golden Horn Hotel is the world's first LEED Gold certified hotel project outside the United States and was awarded The Expo Real ‘’John Jacob Astor’’ prize for the first time in the world. The world's largest rating site, www.holidaycheck.com, awarded the Hilton Gorden Inn Istanbul Golden Horn Hotel with the ‘’Holiday check the quality selection of 2012'' quality certificate which is based on guest’s feedback. The hotel was also awarded the ‘’best architecture in Turkey in 2012’’ prize by Arkiparc.
It completed everything necessary for a LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Certificate in Design Credit in November 2011, and it is entitled to receive the certificate.
